Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Wowclub s.r.o. processes personal data in connection with this website (wowclubsro.eu) and with messages sent to us by email. It is written in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and the Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

2. What data we process

Messages you send us. If you write to us by email, we process the data you choose to give us: your email address, your name and any other information contained in your message and attachments. We do not ask for more than we need to answer you.

Technical server logs. Like any web server, the server hosting this website automatically records basic technical data for each request: IP address, date and time, the page requested, the response status and the browser’s user-agent string. These logs are used only to keep the website secure and running, and are deleted automatically after 14 days.

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts, no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server, so visiting the site sends no data to third parties.

• Answering your enquiry — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us) or, where your message concerns a possible contract with us, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract).
• Server logs — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in the security and operation of the website).

4. How long we keep data

We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and delete it no later than 24 months after our last exchange — unless a longer period is required by law, for example accounting rules if the correspondence leads to a contract. Server logs are deleted after 14 days.

5. Who receives the data

We do not sell personal data or share it for marketing. Data is accessible only to the people at Wowclub s.r.o. who handle your enquiry, and to service providers acting on our behalf under a data processing agreement: our email provider (Google Workspace, Google Ireland Limited) and the provider of the server that hosts this website. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased;
• restrict processing or object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
• data portability, where applicable;
• lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic), Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

To exercise any of these rights, write to wowclub@wowclubsro.eu. We will reply within one month.

7. Automated decisions

We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing, and we do not use profiling.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change how we process personal data, we will update this page and its effective date.
